Owner and Operator of Galeat Security.  Skip has 20 years experience in the CIO role as Sr VP and Sr Director responsible for all IT resources and budget at Government Contractors with up to 1 Billion in annual revenue.  Skip has recently implemented NIST 800-171 IT controls to achieve DFARS 252.254-7012 compliance.  He also maintained a superior rating in annual Defense Security Service audits and has extensive experience with FOCI mitigation (foreign ownership of Government Contractors).  His experience includes operational activities to maintain and protect sensitive unclassified information in a cost effective manner.
